Pros
Mostly stable company post-mergers with many opportunities for improvement. Very well positioned for sustained growth. Some good managers remain with a recent emphasis on women. Very good safety training and performance.
Cons
Lack of opportunity for advancement for many. Good old boys. Understaffed departments. Pay grades are not competitive nor comparable position-to-position, commensurate with neither workload nor experience. Not enough communication from management. Large decrease in benefits post-merger.
