Pros
Promotions when performing. Personnel development is top notch and pay is commensurate with the industry, although not equal from function to function.
Cons
There is enough work to go around; one can easily work 60-70 hours/week to meet expectations. Non-sales focused staff are undercompensated compared to their counterparts in sales, independent of workload or responsibility.
