Growing company, challenging but rewarding work

Young company structure, some growing pains.

The product fits into a niche market and we are becoming the standard. The “code” is some of the best I have sold in my 18 years of selling software. The foundation was well laid at inception and the development team has done a great job moving the product forward. The employees are great to work with and are all professionals. We have always been given goals that stretch the entire staff. That is good from a growth perspective, but sometimes a bit unrealistic. The crazy thing is: we not only make the goal, but most of the time we clobber it. Pretty stressful and amazing in the same breath. The Work/ Life balance is good if you know how to manage your time and are willing to say that the bandwidth is nonexistent to take on additional tasks. Management has listened in the past and is getting better at understanding you can only push people so hard. I would give 4 1/2 stars but that is not possible. 4 stars does not do the company justice. So I give 5 stars.

Every company has its ups and downs, bumps and bruises, oops!!s, and mistakes. EcoSys seems to have learned from it’s past. The environment can be hectic as the company is growing at incredible speed. So if Mach 3 is not your thing, look someplace else.
