I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at EcoSys (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2022
Interview
Twenty to thirty minute phone interview. Included some of the typical "getting to know you" interview questions. Time allowed for me to ask a few clarifying questions about the position and get some more detail on what the company goals were as well.

Question 1
What experience do you have with electrical and lighting.
I applied online. I interviewed at EcoSys (Houston, TX) in Jul 2017
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a corporate recruiter. We had a phone interview. The recruiter was most concerned with turnover in my career. 25 years experience in a volatile industry which included 3 significant downturns is reflected in turnover. Senior executives in EcoSys and their corporate parent have had very few employers (it was what attracted me to the company). Some of their execs had only one employer over their careers. Ultimately, my turnover rate disqualified me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EcoSys (Broomfield, CO) in Oct 2016
Interview
Good experience, 2 months from date of resume submission to job offer. Applied via company website after seeing posting on LinkedIn, knowing a current employee was a big plus in getting the initial phone screening with HR Recruiter.
Afterwards had three separate 45min to an 1hr long phone interviews over the course of a month. They were quick to communicate progress after each round and I received an offer about a week after final interview.
