Pros
The company looks great from the outside. nice branding, high salary, and good benefits. But in reality, the high pay and perks are only for ex-SP Setia. Their job just sitting in meetings and giving comments. For normal staff, don’t expect good increments or good bonus. Benefits have been cut, but the workload keeps getting heavier. Leaders play office politics, take people’s ideas without credit, and give criticism without real solutions. It’s not a healthy place if you want growth, fair rewards, or real teamwork.
