Eco World Development Group interview questions

Found this role on Jobstreet and got shortlisted. Before interview starts, you will have to complete a few pages of technical test. The interview was conducted by 1 HR, 1 hiring manager and 1 senior, and most of the time was just HR asking question. Hiring manager is professional and the senior is good at lightening mood, but HR would ask a lot of 'why' questions that were very personal, to the point that I did not feel comfortable to answer. Then there you go; they heard some answers they don't like and decided not to hire you. And you wonder why this role keeps popping up on Jobstreet after closing months ago.

The interviewer have 2 panel which is technical and administration. They will ask about technical question, the previous job experiences and relevant question. After that, you will hear the explanation about job description and benefits.
