Offers rotations Office good Most colleagues are nice to work with, high ability, intelligence and sociability No Dress code - within reason obviously - i.e. nothing offensive, unsuitable
Cons
CEO - has to be the biggest let down. Would be a top draw job if it wasn't for the man in charge. Has a great track record trading but an awful one managing people. Parted ways with last company because of that too. Doesn't seem to learn lessons. Small company hard to find a career path. Compensation lower than direct peers Too much Micro management on various levels
