Bad learning experience, nothing to learn. Never gives time to implement new and better things which would eventually help him to grow the platform, always "quick and dirty " approach. Bad for career, learning.
CEO himself tells lies always, be it project timelines, about any kind of work, or about employees. Always makes false promises and never fulfills them.
CEO is not approachable.
Hostile environment for work.
