Has high entry pay for engineers, half day Fridays, large site with multiple opportunities
Cons
Below standard yearly raises (less then 3% normally), promotion pay bumps often just 2-3%, no work life balance, attrition is very high and Eastman does not develop its young engineers and losing too many experienced engineers to keep up (cuts cuts cuts), lot of safety talk but safety is often the first thing getting cut
