      Few and far between….it is a paycheck

      Cons

      Rudderless people in charge (would be an insult to call them leaders). Hang around long enough, and eventually you will be laid off. Circular economy has consumed all resources and bled all available capital. Plant reliability on everything else will suffer.

      Pros

      You work with some amazing people, that care about you on a personal level.

      Cons

      Everything is going down hill... every other day there is a layoff, or they are refusing to backfill a role. Employees end up doing 2 or 3 jobs with no recognition or increased compensation. They don't invest in their human capital, Eastman University is a time consuming joke!
