In the process of doing so, it will open up opportunities for employee to grow professionally and Eastman believes in coaching its employee towards reaching their highest career potential

We need to be patient with our career progression since succession planning is very key in developing next generation talent. This methodical process for career development could be frustrating for some employee, especially those who came from other industry.
