Great people, can do attitude. Good reputation.
Cons
Not sure if cutting costs and fixing only next month is a way to develop professionals for the future. Feels like we are just preparing the company to be acquired, which is fine but you have to wonder what message that sends to employees. Eastman has no clue any more in how to build loyalty with employees, targeting for lay-off very senior employees not ready for retirement gives you a message as a young engineer on how you can expect to be treated when you are 58.
