Pros
Pay is fantastic and monthly bonuses. Huge celebrations when milestones are met. Leadership very open about future plans on road map. Very good training program using their own product.
Cons
Responsibilities are not clearly conveyed and frequently change, and are not based on job descriotion. Conflicts amongst team members are handled poorly. No warning given or reason when the let someone go out of the blue. Still very young in the process so still figuring things out.
