      Pros

      Eagle Point is a very close-knit group of individuals that creates a very family friendly atmosphere. They have their employees best interest in mind with every decision that is made and that promotes loyalty. We work hard and play hard, and that makes the rewards that much more thrilling for everyone.

      Cons

      Eagle Point has high expectations of everyone that works here. People who are looking for an easy career to collect a paycheck should not apply.

      Pros

      I left a long career to join Eagle Point and I couldn't have made a better decision. I've learned more about business and sales in one year that I did in 10 years in my last career. I am mentored by great leaders and I learn something new everyday. I have advanced in my skills tremendously and Eagle Point fosters an environment that doesn't leave you alone on an island to fend for yourself.

      Everything has cons. There isn't anything here negative enough mention.
