Pros
Working with small to large businesses to complete premium audits was a great way to learn about the businesses in the USA.
Cons
I was told that I would be doing in person audits, but ended up doing 98% over the phone. I think this was a business change in necessity due to COVID. I also had 5 manager changes during 1 year of employment.
