      * I have resigned and my salary is pending for last 90+ days.. and they are not responding. They took my salary, hardly paid on time.. * If you are talented, you couldn't survive here for even an month.. Have seen people with 5+ exp in same company resigning in a month.. Before joining, KEEP THIS IN YOUR MIND that either you will learn cheap politics or you will resign as soon as you enter here.. * Let me come to projects: THE DECISION ANALYTICS BRANCH IS NOTHING BUT COPY PASTE FANCY WORK.. Hardly come across any significant work.. people are just hopping around passing time and eating and getting fat..

      * They will pay you for sitting idle, warming up your seat, promotion HIGHLY political.. At the end of an year.. You will realize that you have lost whatever you learnt in your life.. in short sentence. MADE FOR LAZY LADS WHO CAN DROP DOWN TO CHEAP LEVELS TO GET PROMOTION.

      Location, building amenities, nice view

      Pay is terrible.. work load increases but pay stays the same. Ten cent or less pay increase every year. No room for advancement. A lot of favoritism in office, management trains new hires incorrectly and employees have to Pick up the slack. There is no respect in office from management to employees. No assistance from management. You get talked at , not talked to like an adult. Management will clock you out if you go over a minute of your 15 minute break, you are expected to tell management when you are going to the restroom and they will contact you while in bathroom. Policies are not followed.
