      Good relation between employees.... Only this makes us sticks at EXL... Good Cab facility...

      Cons

      Low salary, Manager monopoly (you have to lick the manager shoes if you want growth). EXL iincreass their income by exploiting their employee ( by denying what employee deserve). Low appraisal.
