1. Flexibility can be great in few teams, so can be work life balance 2. Quality of work can be good if you happen to be in an aspiring team
Cons
1. Compensation in promotion and appraisals is very poor as per analytics standard 2. Employee-boss relationship is the key factor in determining the quality of life of a subordinate, company culture promotes licking a lot! 3. No one-on-one whatsoever happens with HR, they are there just for the namesake 4. Disparity in pay for same positions can be mind boggling, if not unbelievable
