Pros
Learnings only at lower level. Even that depends on your supervisor. Lower and middle level management is incompetent. Top management doesn't know the ground reality or doesnt want to acknowledge.
Cons
HR is useless. No career growth. Promotions are based on your supervisor and your relationship not your potential. Communication is missing. Managers do not know what accountability is.
