Pros
You wouldn't stay at an organisation for over 7 years of it weren't good. The management is approachable, transactions are transparent and you know what is expected out of you. People are very important to EXL and they will go that extra mile to help you and make you comfortable. Extremely flexible.
Cons
Horrible pay. I was being paid about 50% less than people in other organisations. If you grow internally that's the drawback. Also the organisation is so people friendly sometimes you feel that you many be the only hardworking one while others are literally making a mockery of the organisation and taking home a salary just like that.
