Pros
Management genuinely cares about clients and employees. They always look to do the right thing and senior management ranks are full of good and smart people (not exclusively). Constantly trying to innovate and acquire people and companies to improve service set.
Cons
Second tier provider - service set not as complete as top tier. Marketing efforts and thought leadership lag behind competition. Little social media presence.
