Pros
A very ethical company with good strong values ingrained into the system,Everyone is jointly part of the stake in the future in company,Welfare company,one of the few that states that they treat their employees as their customers.Flexible with leaves if there is a emergency scenario on board.Gave me a chance to interact with the senior hierachy of the client which i do not think so i will have elsewhere.
Cons
There is a massive problem of attrition.But to be fair if an individual has attritional issues then the individuality question arises but if there is 23 out of the 25 people in my batch commits attrition then the system should be in question.i have worked for a year with a low BPO salary standards,i had my reasons to continue ,i had expectations with the company which were delievered and not delievered but amongst all the pressure of attrition falls on individuls who arent much tenured.They have been individuals who i feel not worthy of naming have entered the industry tresspassing many BPO industries with 2 -3 month work experience staying for the training and moving on.No one has taken notice on them while hiring.Other downside issues are logistics and food quality which many employees complaint.
