work from home is about it. Met more RN's who are friends now

Cons

Lack of communication, hidden agenda, promotes mostly India staff, closing area trying to get us to quit so do not pay severance. Will not give end date of contract with company

Health Integrated is proud that once we increased the staffing of qualified Team Members; identified and implemented metrics; and assembled the proper executive management team, the Tampa-based operation has exceeded its productivity requirements. Unfortunately, because the decision was made earlier this year, many of the concerns are the result of that wind-down process. Health Integrated’s HR Department is doing everything it can to make the transition to other employment as smooth as possible for regular, full-time employees as well as temporary workers.

Location, building amenities, nice view

Pay is terrible.. work load increases but pay stays the same. Ten cent or less pay increase every year. No room for advancement. A lot of favoritism in office, management trains new hires incorrectly and employees have to Pick up the slack. There is no respect in office from management to employees. No assistance from management. You get talked at , not talked to like an adult. Management will clock you out if you go over a minute of your 15 minute break, you are expected to tell management when you are going to the restroom and they will contact you while in bathroom. Policies are not followed.
