      Pros

      Flexible timings,work enviroment is okay.Some accounts do not have much work pressure.Job security, Promotions are not much dependent on you performances.

      Cons

      middle management sucks, not many growth opportunities , IITians and NITians are treated differently both salary wise and in growth opportunities even though they do the same kind of work,work-life balance is not good.

      Great work/life balance. Good benefits.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
