Great opportunities if you are from an IIT/ IIM Dynamic environment; Work culture varies highly between teams and clients
Cons
Biased towards IIT/ IIM Compensation varies highly for same profile and work experience, you can be lucky to fall at higher end People from Tier one colleges are better paid and they also have fast track carrier growth Gurgaon center offers much more visibility to higher management and have better projects. There are fewer teams in Bangalore center. Facilities are not great in Bangalore center either.
