Pathetic Management Behaviour - Executive EXL Service Employee Review

No leaves approved, no fun activities, no employee concerns are resolved, management pressurises the executives to adhere to everything that they want to, no official email access to raise concerns, lack of empathy towards executives who suffer personal loss, even after informing about leaves 5 months in advance they are rejecting it 4 days prior to the leave days stating that they are not able to accommodate, management taking 2-3 week leaves easily but executives are denied even marriage leaves and asked to work after 4 days of marriage.
