      Pros

      You will with people from top Universities, though the Consulting and Service have been mixed, still.

      Cons

      Not so great projects with higher end analytics projects not coming through as before, though a lot of project (especially long terms engagements) are increasing. Salary not on par with other employers in the field

      Great work/life balance. Good benefits.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
