      No pros, there is mostly cons working here.

      Cons

      Poor company management, lack of communication, poor daily payment, does not meet the market wage and spending scales, over worked, no facilities, no bonuses, no professional development, inconvenience in picking job assignments, sometimes takes hours to find assignments. In short, would not recommend anyone working here.

      Super flexible and easy-going job if you stay at the same place consistently

      Cons

      The pay is entirely dependent on the district so it may be subpar and the hours will be inconsistent just based on the nature of the job
