I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at ESS (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Aug 2025
Interview
I had to complete and submit the application form for substitute teacher, and I had a phone interview a couple of weeks later. They asked me two questions, i.e., why I want to work as a substitute teacher, and about my previous job experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at ESS (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Three interviews. One with HR, the Manager and two others. Very basic but not a lot of information available about expectations. HR was a good screener. I would definitely recommend asking more targeted questions.
