      They don't stick up for you. Pay is bad. Had to drive out of my district to get better pay. The schools are nice as well as regional directors but the company ESS is not there for you. They are concerned about the school and not you. Hard to get in touch with if there is a problem.

      Pros

      Somewhat easy application and easy hiring. Can choose days to work and assignments available everyday. Good to get experience in schools if no education degree yet or deciding.

      Cons

      Same day or very short notice of assignments available (depending on location). Constantly checking app for work. Minimum wage for this important job.
