Pros
Nice to have the weekends off and be done by 2-3pm every day.
Cons
The "training" is one day when it should be way more than that, as they only touch on the bare minimum and prepare you for basically nothing you're going to encounter at an actual school. They have hardly any communication with the school you'd be working in so no one from that school even knows you'll be there and you receive no assistance.
