Takes prey on new graduates - Anonymous employee ERA Environmental Employee Review

They fire employees unusually often, without any notice, and without justification. Their employee turnaround rate is extremely high; there is no job security. I would not recommend wasting your time applying to this company or accepting an employment offer, since you will most likely be fired soon after. It seems as though they lure in new graduates (among others) in order to obtain government grants, only to fire them after getting the money. Very fishy business practices here.
