Pros
I have had the extreme pleasure of being on board for three out of the five years since the company incorporated. I have witnessed first hand the company's exponential growth both on a personal level and for our entire team. I appreciate how we are positioned in our market space and the opportunities are coming fast and furious. But we still know how to have fun, i.e., A Day at the Las Vegas Speedway. We’ve been to many of each other’s weddings and birthdays. The weekly company lunch is where real team building happens organically, and even spouses/significant others are welcomed. We’re an office family that includes the home family. We’re still pretty lean & mean. At EPCVIP, you still have to put your track shoes on most days. We're not the kind of company where you can coast or hide out in a big department and no one will notice how many times you check your social media status updates. You have a voice and lots of ears that will help your ideas come to fruition. Bottom line, people who like autonomy and don’t need ego validation will thrive at EPCVIP.
Cons
