The CEO Sebastian will demand things things from tech despite not knowing the first thing about it. Strategic and brand vision is all over the place. The company, and CEO, do not understand how to cater to the current market. They're clinging on and trying to extract as much money before the brand fails. Company is too cheap to hire an actual CTO so now there's a CFO trying and failing to do the role. The company does not value tech as a department and they are clueless about what they want one week to the next.
