Pay, employee benefit package, parties and gifts.

Pay is ok
Sales team is knowledgeable and I had a good time working with a few of those on it. Interactions day to day were mostly good with some being points of contention. The parties were cool. Customers treated the company to gifts and stuff.
Cons
Racism, sexism, seniority, management, no support for disabled.
I have never seen a temp worker last more than 3 months.
Terminated during xmas
Not the place for young people or anyone with serious disabilities.
Very distracting environment. A lot of people walking in and out, asking questions, having conversations, and generally disrupting focus.
- headphones are allowed but it doesn’t help much with how loud it gets.
Low amounts of in depth training
- All information was tucked away in the computer and you were expected to find it in order to “train yourself”
- High expectations in terms of not making mistakes with lack of training.
- Manager of sales had little to no time for my training (Despite hiring me)
- No training by sales manager to understand the personally desired methods.
Internal team is constantly talking bad about each other and not helping when needed.
- When mistakes are made, everyone looks down on you and any further help is refused as it is “not their job”.
New employees are not given multiple PTO days
- no time off upon landing the job besides the one day you get per month. INCLUDED FOR DISABILITY.
- After working for 1 year you receive multiple days off.
- Sick days are vacation days for new employees
Disabilities are not taken seriously unless you are one of the few people the company genuinely seems to care about.
People with disabilities can be denied work from home, despite there being other non disabled people working from home. The few with disabilities that need to work from home are allowed, but only due to their time spent with the company.
Help is all online or via phone but work from home is not offered?
Being late even by a minute is heavily frowned upon. In your desk at 8:30am and after your 30 min break. Many workers leave their desk to smoke every 10 minutes, but those with disabilities are unable to have any form of an extra break.

Speed is not encouraged over accuracy.
- Being accurate and taking too much time causes you to be reprimanded for not meeting customer deadlines.
When all work is finished you are forced to continue working on others work.
When you are piled up with others work and cant finish your own work, you are reprimanded.
You are not allowed to work late. If you do, you are rushed out of the building. This is unless you are in their good graces long enough to get a key.
Any carry over work from day to day is seen as bad.
Sales team manager is VERY traditional in views and values.
Many of the workers are racist despite working with various races.
Management played favorites often and were vocal about it.
Warehouse management and shipping team are run by the most un-kind people. The latter causing temporary workers to quit.
Rejection is high for new people.
