      Good Supervisor, the rest of upper management is very poor and nepotistic

      Pros

      Good hours, maybe 2 weeks out of the year of mandatory overtime, easy work, small staff, given a lot of leeway in how to go about the tasks they set for you for the day, warehouse supervisor is top notch - treats people like people and not a number

      Cons

      Upper management is extremely bad: nepotism and favoritism abound, little to no safety consciousness, poor direction, stagnant management practices, promotes division amongst the employees (the salesmen/women get prefered treatment over those that work in assembly and the warehouse), almost no HR to speak of, manager is unaccepting of new ideas outside of his own.

      Benefits are decent, not much else.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional upper management. A born again CFO who traps employees in his office and proselytizes. High turnover - about 65% of the company in 2 years. Below average pay. Management is dismissive and almost hostile to hourly employees, treating them like disposable servants. General disorganization throughout the company. Policies are implemented on a whim and selectively enforced.
