Pros
Very sharp people, movers and shakers in the industry, with dedicated support teams and vocal, forward-driving customers. Great alignment to the mission of helping independent dealers compete against the big-box stores.
Cons
The need to support legacy features and technology frequently outweighs the need to move forward in user interface and mobile development. Unless something has changed significantly. ECi has acquired many of its competitors, and only a few products can attain flagship status.
