Difficult to say, the new talent brings an opportunity to improve.
Cons
Employees leave as they are overworked and and under paid. Leadership does not invest in developing employees or make make any efforts to retain workforce. Products are not tested or held to any quality standard. The vision and future of products need human centric design with a satisfaction survey.
