Pros
ECI has a supportive culture. They invest in their employees by giving all access to LinkedInLearning. All managers are invited to attend 32 hours of training (LEAD) and to LEAD 2.0 (periodic training on manager development). They create lots of videos to train employees on its products, Salesforce, and general development which are available on an internal learning management system. Sales reps received dedicated training on improving their sales performance. Quarterly townhalls are given to keep employees up to date on company performance.
Cons
Would be nice to get additional corporate communication between the Quarterly townhalls.
