ECi is an ever-growing company. They are constantly expanding their market and obtaining acquisitions. They care for their employees and have been recognized as a Great Place to Work. The many different fields and services that are offered through ECi allows for diverse financial profits and growth. As for the job itself, it is laid back as long as you get your work done. It is not too stressful as long as you keep up.
Cons
The software that we as employees work with to assist ECi's customers can change too frequently or not be fully implemented and ready for production use. This can hinder workflow and the ability to assist the customers are easily and in due time as possible. The job can sometimes consist of monotonous, manual data entry more than an automated process which could speed up workflow and increase efficiency.
