      Pros

      Team was fantastic; manager was fantastic. Customers were great.

      Cons

      Upper management did not care about the customer experience; metrics to hit were so short sighted; company really lost touch with the service they provided and who they catered to. Attachments were pushed and were incredibly annoying.

      if you don't lack basic social skills, it'll be the most relaxed minimum wage job you ever find

      I have seen a lot of internal talent that would be great for managerial positions get passed up, for bad external hires
