Pros
Your peers and your immediate team members are the best part of working at EAB. I am surrounded by smart, determined and talented people who also care about being better humans and colleagues. The most growth opportunity seems to be on the technology side of the company, where more money is invested and individuals can be promoted or move within teams more easily.
Cons
Leadership. Most anyone at the Managing Director level or above has "grown up" within EAB as the company also grew. As a result, old ways of thinking abound, manager favoritism is the major reason for promotion, and the office bullies go unchecked because of their tenure and influence. Compensation and benefits are also not great if you're mid-level or beyond in your career.
