Still a strong and recognizable brand from the outside, though it’s uncertain how long that reputation will last. There are also some genuinely talented and dedicated people left who make the day-to-day more bearable.
Cons
Decision-making is often politically driven, creating a stressful, top-down culture where teams are stretched and focused on low-impact tasks. Marketing has lost purpose under leadership that openly dismisses its value, with little room for local initiatives or meaningful contribution. On top of that, benefits are poor and there’s no flexibility or hybrid working, making it even harder to stay motivated.
