- the team ethic and social aspect is brilliant - the work is challenging but if effort is applied you can maximise your potential - networking possibilities are limitless - develop great attributes to succeed in a professional environment
Cons
- if you like to be in the office a lot then although you can technically go in everyday not everyone will always be there - so you need to have the ability to self motivate.
