      Pros

      Friendly team across the global offices. Flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Working 12+hrs a day is the norm. Extremely low salary increase each year. Staff retention is low since managers do not listen to employee feedback and there is no HR presence. There is no training and you will have to learn everything on your own. No diversity and inclusion.

      Pros

      am retiring after 42 years in the industry, the last 11.5 years at Dynamo Software. I can’t express how grateful I am to have worked at Dynamo. The culture is amazing. I have enjoyed working with every single person there. The place is filled with really nice, smart people who all work very hard. I am going to miss them all.

      I am retiring and I will miss everyone.
