Since your time at Netage (now Dynamo Software), we have separated and defined our Sales and Marketing teams, and hired new leadership which has led to a consistent year-over-year growth averaging over 20% since 2011. We know that when we increased emphasis in growing our sales and marketing team that our financially lean model presented some challenges to employees, but operating with fiscal conservancy has allowed us to organically grow without requiring layoffs to react to fluctuations in the economy. Our employees consistently provide feedback that they enjoy the continuity in work-life balance and our culture, which has led to well-above industry-average tenures. We understand that some of the challenges during accelerated growth require individuals to work outside of their comfort zone, but we hope that through the continued investment in our personnel, department budgets, and office resources, that we can minimize the difficulty of the work across all of our teams.
