Great contractor, was recently bought out by ABM. Good place to work, lots of flexibility and accountability. Great team environment with clear performance expectations. Great pay, compensation and benefits.

Management not new or innovative. No room for growth or promotion.

Working with the students and my coworkers under me were as helpful as they can be.

From the minute I started working at this place I was set up to fail. I was working under a director who did not train me and had multiple accusations against him. HR knew about this and took too long to terminate him. After trying to train myself I had a death in the family and was met with resistance from HR to get needed time off and pressured to return to work where I was met with a write up for my attandence. Do not ask them for expectations because they will not give them to you and then after trying to improve your communication with your boss you will be brought in, suspended, and then terminated. I was not invested in as a worker and there was high pressure to continue to work myself into the ground. I worked MULTIPLE 24 hour shifts here and wasn't given so much as a thank you. DO NOT work here if you value your at home time. You'll also never see the center director as all she does is sit in her office all day (the students will say the same thing).
