This company is too small to be taking on contracts at Job Corps. There is not enough support at the corporate level for the amount of micro managing and inexperience of some of the leadership team. I had 4 points of contact, and each one had differing levels of standards, making the daily tasks confusing and creating an unwelcome style of politics. Confidentiality is not something that is regarded by corporate leadership. I overheard conversations out in the open about members of management from Senior Corporate leaders. Turnover is a result of a lack of leadership. Nearly the entire leadership team has found other jobs since this company took over the center.
