We acknowledge your concerns about project assignments, performance reviews, communication from senior management, and compensation.
When it comes to promotions and performance reviews, we take into account, delivery, technical expertise, and the right technical and softer skills. In April 2024 we brought in a more simple and transparent performance review process. This process has had positive feedback from across the business.
In regards to redundancies, this was something that the we did not wish to do, however, due to market conditions in 2023 we had to undertake the difficult decision to reduce our headcount.
