I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dufrain (Manchester, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
I applied on linked-in, which redirected me to the website. relatively straight forwards, 2 step interview, one with a recruiter, and another with 2 technical staff, one lead data engineer I think and the other was a people manager.

Question 1
describe background and experience in Data enginnering
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dufrain
Interview
- Internal recruitment team phone calls
- Online SQL and Python MCQ test
- Teams call with a Dufrain manager/senior manager
Overall a quick process. Found the internal recruitment team called a bit too often and at odd times. The call with a Dufrain manager was hardly worth calling an interview. I was essentially spoke at for an hour and asked very few questions - verging on the side of too informal. Made me reluctant to accept offer which I ultimately completely regret doing.
